Benchmarking

Every flower exported tells a story of sustainability: caring for people, protecting the planet, and building a better future.

Understand to transform

Flor Ecuador Certified's Quality of Life Monitoring Tool is based on the international Poverty Stoplight methodology.

It provides a comprehensive metric that allows companies to assess the living conditions of their employees through various indicators to identify customized strategies that address their specific needs across six key areas:

  • Income and employment
  • Housing and infrastructure
  • Education and culture
  • Health and environment
  • Interiority and motivation
  • Organization and participation

Through a simple, visual self-assessment with images and colors, families self-diagnose and then establish practical solutions to their priorities, with the support of trained in-house personnel known as mentors.

Turning data into meaningful social action

Through this tool, certified farms access real-world, georeferenced data on the social conditions of their workforce. This information helps drive more effective corporate social responsibility programs, forge strategic alliances, and demonstrate a measurable social commitment.

With this data, companies make better decisions, focused on real human needs and long-term sustainability.
